Salary/Pay Rate: $93,000 - $98,000 per year + Relocation Assistance (Case by Case) + Possible Sign-on Bonus \

Schedule: Day Shift, Rotating Weekends

About the Client: People Placers Staffing is partnering with a reputable hospital in Charleston, South Carolina, to find an experienced and dedicated Nurse Manager for their Post-Surgical Neuro-Oncology unit. This 34-bed unit provides specialized care to patients who have undergone neurosurgery and require ongoing monitoring and support. Job Description: The Nurse Manager, Post-Surgical Neuro-Oncology, plays a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. This involves overseeing the daily operations of the unit, managing a team of 40-45 FTEs, and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. The Nurse Manager will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the provision of nursing care, promoting a positive work environment, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina (or compact license)
• BLS certification
• 1+ years of experience in nursing leadership/supervision in an acute care setting
• Associate's Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Experience in leading an acute care unit
• Strong leadership skills
